EHRC Publication Scheme

The Commission, like all public authorities, has a statutory duty to adopt and maintain a publication scheme that has been approved by the Information Commissioner. It is a description of the information about the organisation and the work that is made publicly available. The publication scheme will help you to find all the information that the Commission publishes or will normally make available.
